PropNeo is an Australian property expense tracking service operated by EVIN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD ABN 30 646 094 813. We are based in New South Wales, Australia.

2. What information we collect

We collect:

• Account information: name, email address
• Property information you enter: addresses, purchase prices, financial data
• Documents you upload: bills, invoices, depreciation schedules
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details
• Usage data: pages visited, features used

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide the PropNeo service
• Extract data from documents you upload using AI
• Generate your EOFY tax report
• Send you service emails (receipts, EOFY reminders)
• Improve the service

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your financial data for advertising
• Share your information without your consent (except as required by Australian law)

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Australia using Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney). Documents you upload are stored encrypted and only accessible by you.

5. AI document processing

When you scan a bill, the document is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for data extraction. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not store documents with Anthropic — only the extracted data is saved.

6. Your rights (Australian Privacy Act)

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Complain to the OAIC if you believe we have breached your privacy
