1. Acceptance of terms

By using PropNeo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. The service

PropNeo provides property expense tracking, document scanning, and tax record management for Australian investment property owners.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use PropNeo
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person

4. Subscription and payment

• $19 AUD/month, billed monthly
• 14-day free trial for all new accounts — no payment required during the trial
• Full access ends when the trial expires unless you upgrade to a paid subscription
• Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts
• Refunds at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of charge if unsatisfied
• The subscription fee is tax deductible as a property management expense

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use PropNeo for any illegal purpose
• Upload documents you do not own or have permission to process
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the service

6. Financial information disclaimer

PropNeo is a record-keeping tool, NOT a registered tax agent.

The information PropNeo provides:

• Is for record-keeping purposes only
• Does not constitute tax advice
• Should be verified with a registered tax agent
• May contain errors in AI-extracted data

Always verify extracted data before submitting to the ATO. PropNeo is not liable for tax assessments, penalties, or financial losses arising from use of the service.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of PropNeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy at propneo.com.au/privacy

8. Intellectual property

PropNeo and all its content are owned by EVIN SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, PropNeo's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email.
